Lindsay works with mission-driven organizations to take on their data analysis and research needs. Her areas of expertise include qualitative analysis, survey design, policy analysis, environmental scans, project planning, and project implementation. In her work, Lindsay has partnered with several organizations to collect and analyze data for strategic plans, reports, research, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Lindsay is the lead author and researcher behind several policy reports for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including Next Steps for Addressing Childhood Trauma: Becoming a Trauma-Informed and Responsive Commonwealth. Lindsay has a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy. Lindsay is based in Colorado and enjoys long walks with her two dogs, Penny and Lucy.
