With over 10 years of exposure and experience in Corporate America/Government Agencies, she became the FoundHER of The ‘YOU’ Brand Academy (TYBA), LLC in 2017. TYBA is Crystal's strategy, coaching, and consulting firm that assists individuals in authentically excelling in their career. Crystal is a graduate of two prestigious HBCUs receiving her B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and her M.B.A. from Morgan State University. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys producing her podcast- Peculiar Career Chit Chat, writing/publishing intellectual poetry, and watching tv/movies. Crystal is originally from Chesapeake, VA but currently resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland with her husband and daughter.
