Freya is the Operations Coordinator at Perfeqta. She has over 18 years of experience in entrepreneurial roles and support functions, and has contributed significantly to small and mid-sized organizations. Her primary focus is Business Operations, People Operations, HR, and Executive Admin. 

Freya is dedicated to organization, people, and efficiency. As an empathetic and effective human resources professional, she aims to make things easier for the people she works with. She takes the time to ensure the team is well-equipped to do their best work and prioritizes communication with company stakeholders to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.

Freya enjoys relationship building, managing projects, developing systems and processes, and creating positive workspaces.

Fun fact: Freya is a licensed Skin Therapist and previously owned a spa. She was born and raised in London, England but calls Vancouver, BC her home for now.
