Lauren is a Career & Communications Strategist, Talent Development & DEI Consultant and most recently the Global Head of HR, Culture and Operations for a fintech startup focused on bridging the racial wealth gap. She is passionate and committed to ensuring everyone has the access to work and build a fulfilling career. She has led teams from seed to Series B funding, and scaled the organization from 20 people to 185+. Prior to that, she’s led content strategy and management for a workforce research platform and technology school helping professionals land jobs in tech. She has also counseled various students at NYU and helped launch their first graduate student career center. Overall, her expertise focuses on people operations, talent development, career coaching, program strategy, communications, and public affairs, with a healthy penchant for mission-driven startups and high-growth companies.
