Oye is a human resources leader and advisor to senior leaders in high growth organizations. She is a certified career coach who is passionate about partnering with Women, Black and POC professionals to overcome challenges faced in the job market. Oye has coached hundreds of individuals on how to build their career story and craft a tactical plan to land the job of their dreams. Oye’s coaching style is a unique blend of empathy and strategic thinking. Her areas of expertise include reviewing resumes, preparing for interviews, negotiating offer letters and promotions, improving relationship with managers and leadership, creating a plan for a career change.

Oye has an Economics degree from Emory University and a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Development from Northwestern University.  She loves to play tennis and enjoys traveling with family (18 countries and counting!)
